Creative inspiration from IMATS

On 30 January, I was lucky to attend the International Make-up Artistry Tradeshow (IMATS) held at the wonderful Queen Alexandra Palace in London. (Click the photo above to access the IMATS website.)

One of the highlights of the day was the Student Competition - a beauty/fantasy contest on the theme of Alice in Wonderland. Some really creative students provided inspired beauty and clothing around this classic children's story.

A cold winter

It has been a cold January here in the UK - a time for staying in the house... and dreaming of summer. A time for being indoors, designing and making. A couple of girls' summer clothing outfits to follow...
